Barry Chalofsky, Partner
Barry has over 35 years experience in public sector management. He is the author of The Home and Land Buyer’s Guide to the Environment, and the co-author of The Real Estate Guide to the Environment. such as Better Homes and Gardens, Mother Earth News, Natural Home, WomenÕs Day, Old House Journal, Smart Homeowner, and other publications. Barry has been an adjunct Professor at Rutgers University for over 20 years. Barry started PEA in 1996 as an independent book publishing company, but with the increasing importance of the internet Ð shifted the company to meet the media needs of small businesses and nonprofit organizations.

Josh Chalofsky, Partner
Josh has been involved with Video/TV production and other creative media for over eight years. From interning on the Conan O'Brien Show to working as a technical producer for a production company, his skills have allowed him to succeed in the media and entertainment business. Josh won a Telly Award for a UPS Store Corporate Video in 2005. He has worked as a post-production technician for the Discovery Channel and currently works for a major sports company in a production capacity. Josh is also affiliated with an online reailer in a management capacity.
